Lake Sunapee and Newbury dock and beach less than 3 miles away. Mount Sunapee Resort and Ski Area less than 6 miles away. Many places to have dinner and enjoy the area. Still lower traffic than lots of places in NH. Shopping in New London or Warner 10 minutes or 20 minutes. Concord or Claremont about 30 minutes.
