My husband and I just moved to New England from Illinois. We were in an rental in Rhode Island; but fell in love with New Hampshire. We were ready to find our permanent home. She went above and beyond helping initiate us to the area. The loan process was grueling; but she stuck with us thru all my panic attacks. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Bradford, NH.

I was really impressed on how much time Colleen took to get to know us and to find a house that suited our needs. She made remodeling suggestions and helped me imagine “us” inside the space. 2 years after purchasing our home, Colleen still checks in on us. I highly highly recommend Colleen!!!
